This tea embodies the classic taste of Indonesian black tea—recognized for its signature bitter and astringent notes. As a loose-leaf product, it naturally contains tea stems. Indonesian consumers generally prefer a slight astringency in tea, which comes from brewing both the leaves and stems together. Please note that the inclusion of stems is intentional to achieve this authentic flavor profile.

Brewing Instructions:

For tea concentrate preparation:
Boil 100 g of tea in 4 L of water until the color turns dark and the mixture fully boils. Strain, let it cool slightly, then add another 4 L of water to make a total of 8 L of tea concentrate.
