Indonesian consumers generally prefer a slight astringency in tea, which comes from brewing both the leaves and stems together. Brewing Instructions:
For tea concentrate preparation:
Boil 100 g of tea in 4 L of water until the color turns dark and the mixture fully boils. Strain, let it cool slightly, then add another 4 L of water to make a total of 8 L of tea concentrate.
