This roasting machine, made of Stainless Steel with an industrial look, has accompanied us on our journey. This roasting machine, a product of Indonesian ingenuity, has roasted with us more than 40,000 kg of coffee. And this machine will continue to be with us in the future for optimal roasting results

This roasting machine is made using world-class components and parts. For the machine’s electrical system, it uses products from Autonics and Schneider. The combustion system and gas installation. The BERTO Type-D Roasting Machine uses products from Siemens, Danfoss, and Dungs. In terms of reliability and durability, the Berto machine can be trusted and relied upon

Is the coffee fresh roast?

We guarantee that our coffee is always freshly roasted. We always provide the latest beans that we roast. The freshly roasted beans that we provide will not be more than 3-7 days old. We can guarantee that our beans are always fresh, because we roast the beans daily to meet daily demand. So we will not store beans for a long time.

What are the differences between shopping on Tokopedia or Shopee and on the website?

For website purchases, we offer special prices and deals that you won’t find on other platforms. We created this website with a Business-to-Business target for our customers who buy in bulk. So, of course, the offers we provide will be different from those on other platforms.

Such as incorrect grind size or swapped beans. However, we cannot provide refunds or money back for blended beans or beans that have been ground. For equipment or accessories, we accept refunds without any conditions. As long as the item is not damaged and the purchase was made 1 week before the claim date.

What if the error is from the shipping party?
